Class – 1 Local Supplier definition
Class – 1 Local Supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement has local content equal to or more than 50% as defined under Order No. P-45021/2/2017-PP(BE-II) dated 04-06-2020 issued by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (Public Procurement Section), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt of India.
