Class 5 Note means a promissory note(s) issued by New Opco in favor of the holder of an Allowed Class 5 Claim, issued as of the Effective Date, which shall (a) be secured by a Lien on the SBI Heat Treat Line Collateral, provided that, any Lien securing a Class 5 Note issued on account of an Allowed SBI Secured Claim shall be junior to any Lien(s) securing any SBI Lender Secured Claim;
