Class A-1 Definitive Note definition
Class A-1 Definitive Note means a Class A-1 Note issued or to be issued, as the case may be, by the Issuer in accordance with clause 3.4.
Class A-1 Definitive Note has the same meaning as in the Class A-1 Note Trust Deed.
Class A-1 Definitive Note has the same meaning as in the US Dollar Note Trust Deed.
Examples of Class A-1 Definitive Note in a sentence
If a holder of a beneficial interest in a Definitive Note, other than a Class A-1 Definitive Note, wishes at any time to transfer its interest in such Definitive Note, such holder may transfer or cause the transfer of such interest for an equivalent beneficial interest in one or more Definitive Notes of the same Series of Notes as provided below.
