Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount definition

Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount means, for any Class A-1 Notes for any Interest Accrual Period, the aggregate amount, if any, for such Interest Accrual Period that is identified as a “Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount” in the applicable Series Supplement.
Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount means, for any Class A-1 Notes for any Interest Accrual Period, the aggregate amount, if any, for such Interest Accrual Period that is identified as a “Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount” in the applicable Series Supplement. “Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fees” means, for any Class A-1 Notes for any Interest Accrual Period, the commitment fees payable to the Noteholders of such Class A-1 Notes pursuant to the applicable Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement. “Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fees Account” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6 of the Base Indenture. “Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fees Amount”, with respect to any Class A-1 Notes, has the meaning specified in the applicable Series Supplement. “Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fees Shortfall Amount” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(e) of the Base Indenture. “Class A-1 Notes Interest Adjustment Amount” means, for any Class A-1 Notes for any Interest Accrual Period, the aggregate amount, if any, for such Interest Accrual Period that is identified as a “Class A-1 Notes Interest Adjustment Amount” in the applicable Series Supplement. “Class A-1 Notes Maximum Principal Amount” means, with respect to any Class A-1 Notes Outstanding, the aggregate maximum principal amount of such Class A-1 Notes as identified in the applicable Series Supplement as reduced by any permanent reductions of commitments with respect to such Class A-1 Notes and any cancellations of repurchased Class A-1
