Class A-1 Principal Amount definition

Class A-1 Principal Amount means when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class A-1 Initial Principal Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to the Class A-1 Noteholders on or prior to such date minus (c) the principal amount of any Class A-1 Notes that have been delivered to the Trustee for cancellation pursuant to the Base Indenture and for which no replacement Class A-1 Note was issued on or prior to such date.
Class A-1 Principal Amount means as of any date, the sum of the Note Principal Amounts of all Class A-1 Notes then Outstanding;
Class A-1 Principal Amount shall have the meaning set forth in the Series 2006-A Supplement.

  • Class Principal Amount With respect to each Class of Certificates other than any Class of Notional Certificates, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Amounts of all Certificates of such Class at the date of determination. With respect to each Class of Notional Certificates, zero.

  • Initial Dollar Principal Amount means $1,000,000,000, or such higher amount as is specified in any Notice of Additional Issuance under Section 2.09 hereof.
