Class A-18 Certificates definition

Class A-18 Certificates. The Certificates designated as "Class A-18" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of Class A-18 Certificates in a sentence

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-18 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall, any Relief Act Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-18 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • The pass-through rate on the Class A-18 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be 6.750% per annum.

  • The Class A-7 Certificates, Class A-8 Certificates and Class A-18 Certificates shall be issuable in minimum dollar denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.

  • The pass-through rate on the Class A-18 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be 5.500% per annum.

  • Distributions of principal will be made to the Holders of the Class A-18 Certificates as described below and in the Agreement.

  • The Class A-18 Certificates are principal only Certificates and are not entitled to distributions in respect of interest.
