Class A-2 Note Interest definition

Class A-2 Note Interest means, for any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A-2 Interest Payment Amount for such Payment Date and the Class A-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall, if any, as of the immediately preceding Payment Date.
Class A-2 Note Interest. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Class A-2 Principal Balance immediately prior to such Payment Date and (B) one-twelfth

Class A-2 Note Interest. The Note Interest payable with respect to the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-2 Note Interest. The CLASS A-2 NOTE RATE will be equal to the lesser of (a) the Class A-2 Formula Rate and (b) the Class A-2 Net WAC Cap Rate.
