Class A-2 Note Interest means, for any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A-2 Interest Payment Amount for such Payment Date and the Class A-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall, if any, as of the immediately preceding Payment Date.

Class A-2 Note Interest. The CLASS A-2 NOTE RATE will be equal to the lesser of (a) the Class A-2 Formula Rate and (b) the Class A-2 Net WAC Cap Rate. The CLASS A-2 FORMULA RATE is a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) LIBOR plus a margin determined at pricing; provided, that, on any Payment Date after the related Optional Termination Call Date, such rate will equal LIBOR plus two times such margin and (ii) 14%.
