Class A-2A Certificates means the Certificates, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2A, to be issued by the Trust representing a proportionate undivided beneficial ownership interest in certain distributions to be made by the Trust on and prior to the Distribution Date in July 2048 and having the characteristics described herein and in the Certificates.
