Class A-2B Allocation definition

Class A-2B Allocation means the present value (discounted at the rate of 6.25% per annum) of any unpaid amounts due or to become due on the Class A-2B Certificates (assuming that the Class A-2B Certificates were paid when due and were not redeemed prior to their stated maturity).
