Class A-2b Note Balance definition

Class A-2b Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-2b Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-2b Notes.
Class A-2b Note Balance means, as of the Closing Date, $27,000,000 and thereafter shall equal the Class A-2b Note Balance as of the Closing Date reduced by all principal payments on all of the Class A-2b Notes.
Class A-2b Note Balance means, as of the Closing Date, $25,000,000 and thereafter shall equal the Class A-2b Note Balance as of the Closing Date reduced by all principal payments on all of the Class A-2b Notes.
