Class A-2D Margin definition

Class A-2D Margin. As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.2500% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.5000% per annum.
Class A-2D Margin. As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Auction Termination Date for the Certificates, 0.3000% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Auction Termination Date, 0.6000% per annum.

Related to Class A-2D Margin

  • Class A-2a Rate means [__]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months).

  • Class M-2 Margin For any Distribution Date on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 0.900% per annum and, for any Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, 1.350% per annum.

  • Class M-3 Margin As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.3300% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.4950% per annum.

  • Class M-1 Margin For any Distribution Date (i) on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 0.700% per annum and (ii) thereafter, 1.050% per annum.

  • Class M-4 Margin With respect to any Distribution Date prior to the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.520% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.780% per annum.

  • Class A-2b Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.16% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-2a Interest Rate means [●]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.0008%.

  • Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2003-2 Interest Period, 1.32% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2003-2 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2003-2 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.8600%.

  • Class M-2 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-2 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-2 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.
