Class A-3 Payment Amount definition
Class A-3 Payment Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A-3 Principal Payment Amount and the Class A-3 Interest Payment Amount.
Class A-3 Payment Amount. With respect to the Class A-3 Notes for any Payment Date, the amount to be paid to the Holders of the Class A-3 Notes on such Payment Date, applied first to interest and then to principal, which amount shall be equal to the lesser of (i) the Class A-3 Formula Payment Amount for such Payment Date and (ii) the amount (including any applicable portion of any Insured Amount) available for payment on account of the Class A-3 Notes for such Payment Date.
Class A-3 Payment Amount with respect to a Payment Date will be an amount equal to the sum of the Class A-3 Principal Payment Amount and the Class A-3 Interest Payment Amount.
