CLASS A-4 CERTIFICATE RATE. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A-4 Certificates, 6.41% per annum.
CLASS A-4 CERTIFICATE RATE. 6.60% per annum.
CLASS A-4 CERTIFICATE RATE means, with respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A-4 Certificates, the lesser of (A) 3.930% per annum (or 4.430% per annum for each Interest Period occurring after the Master Servicer first fails to exercise its clean-up call option) and (B) the Net WAC Cap for the Distribution Date.
