Class A Amortisation Amount definition

Class A Amortisation Amount means, for any Series of Class A Notes, an amount calculated as follows:
Class A Amortisation Amount in respect of the Class A Notes: (i) on a Payment Date falling during the Revolving Period, zero or (ii) on any Payment Date falling after the end of the Revolving Period, the Class A Principal Payment Amount.

  • On each Payment Date, the Issuer shall, subject to Condition 5(d), pay to each holder of a Class A Note interest at the Class A Notes Interest Rate on the Series Nominal Amount outstanding immediately prior to the relevant Payment Date, and on each Payment Date the Class A Note qualifies as an Amortising Series of Class A Notes, the Class A Amortisation Amount applicable to such Series of Class A Notes in accordance with the Order of Priority.

  • The Issuer shall have no assets available for payment of the Class A Amortisation Amount other than Available Distribution Funds actually received and available for use by the Issuer prior to the applicable Payment Date.


More Definitions of Class A Amortisation Amount

Class A Amortisation Amount means, (a) with reference to the Class A1 Notes, the Class A1 Amortisation Amount and (b) with reference to the Class A2 Notes, the Class A2 Amortisation Amount.
