Class A Borrowing Base definition

Class A Borrowing Base means, as of any day, an amount equal to the lesser of:
Class A Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Eligible Pool Balance and (ii) the Class A Advance Rate.
Class A Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, the product of (i) the Borrowing Base as of such date and (ii) the applicable amount set forth in Column D of Schedule XII hereto.

  • A Class A Borrowing Base Deficiency or, during the Availability Period, a Class B-I Borrowing Base Deficiency, a Class B-II Borrowing Base Deficiency or Class B Aggregate Borrowing Base Deficiency continues for more than two (2) Business Days.

  • After giving effect to such Advance, there should not exist a Class A Borrowing Base Deficiency, Class B-I Borrowing Base Deficiency or a Class B-II Borrowing Base Deficiency.

More Definitions of Class A Borrowing Base

Class A Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, with respect to all Collateral Receivables, the sum of the Class A Borrowing Base Amounts of all such Collateral Receivables.
Class A Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of (a) the applicable Unrated Class A Advance Rate and (b) the Net Eligible Receivables Balance.
