Net Eligible Receivables Balance definition

Net Eligible Receivables Balance means, as of any date of determination an amount equal to (a) the aggregate Remaining Funded Amount of such Eligible Receivables, minus (b) any Excess Concentration Amounts as of such date of determination.
Net Eligible Receivables Balance means at any time the Dollar Equivalent of an amount equal to:

More Definitions of Net Eligible Receivables Balance

Net Eligible Receivables Balance means, as of any date of determination, (a) an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables that constitute Eligible Receivables as of such date, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any Excess Concentration Amounts as of such date, plus (c) the aggregate amount of funds on deposit in the Special Funding Account as of such date, plus (d) the aggregate amount of Collections of Principal Receivables on deposit in the Collection Account as of such date.
Net Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time, an amount equal to the aggregate Unpaid Balance of Pool Receivables that are Eligible Receivables, minus (without duplication) the sum of (a) the Overconcentration Amount, plus (b) the Prepayment Reserve Amount, plus (c) the Material Supplier Contra Amount; provided, that the amount included in clauses (a) through (c) above in respect of any Pool Receivable shall not exceed such Pool Receivable’s Unpaid Balance. For avoidance of doubt, no such deductions shall be made in respect of Receivables that are not Eligible Receivables.
Net Eligible Receivables Balance means, as of any date of determination, the excess of (a) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Eligible Receivables as of such date of determination over (b) the Excess Concentration Amount for the Eligible Receivables.
