Class A Changes definition

Class A Changes means any changes required to rectify one of the following conditions in respect to Product: (i) a hazardous electrical or mechanical condition; (ii) a condition causing a loss of service to end-users or inoperability; or (iii) a condition causing a degradation in performance from Specification, including without limitation those changes described in Telcordia GR-209 as "Class A" or "Class AC" changes.
Class A Changes means a Product update that must be implemented to correct a Product condition that results in an inoperative or unsatisfactory operating condition, safety hazard, or non-conformance to the Product technical Specifications.

Examples of Class A Changes in a sentence

  • Class A Changes Class A Changes are changes which result in an impact to the Contractor from: - ASG initiating a change in ASG's documents of the contractual baseline as defined in Article 1 or in the time or place of delivery or transport specified in Article 4; - failure by ASG to execute one of its undertakings as defined in Article 3 insofar as the Contractor is in no way responsible.

  • SHIVA shall be responsible for providing all necessary instructions, materials and labor to implement Class A Changes on SHIVA's premises.

  • The following provisions are added to Sub-clause 13.1 (Classification of changes): Class A Changes are changes that result from Micos initiating a change in the documents of the contractual baseline as defined in 1.3 above.

  • Ericsson shall provide Class A Changes and Class AC Changes free of charge to TeleNorte for the life of the Products.
