Class A Collateral definition

Class A Collateral means the types of securities shown on Schedule 1.1 under the heading “Class A Collateral” which (a) have the required rating as set forth on Schedule 1.1, (b) are capable of being marked to market on a daily basis, (c) are held in the Collateral Account and (d) are denominated in Dollars or Pounds.
Class A Collateral means all Collateral other than Class B Collateral.
Class A Collateral means the Collateral, the Master Collateral allocable to the Class A Notes and the Class A Distribution Account Collateral.

Examples of Class A Collateral in a sentence

  • It is the intent of the Company and the Noteholders that, for Federal, state and local income and franchise tax purposes only, the Class A-1 Notes will evidence indebtedness of the Company secured by the Class A Collateral.

  • The Class A Notes are and will be equally and ratably secured by the Class A Collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and the Series 2001-2 Supplement.

Class A Collateral is "Class A" or "Class B".
Class A Collateral means (a) any and all "Collateral" as defined in any applicable Class A Security Document and (b) any and all other assets of whatever nature, tangible or intangible, now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising in which the Collateral Agent has been granted a Lien or security interest, or that have been assigned to the Collateral Agent, to secure any Class A Obligations pursuant to any Class A Security Document.
Class A Collateral means all collateral pledged to the Forbearing Party pursuant to the Class A Pledge Agreements.
Class A Collateral means the Series 1996-1 Collateral and the Class A Distribution Account Collateral.
Class A Collateral means Securities Collateral consisting of any of the following types:

  • Priority Collateral means the ABL Priority Collateral or the Term Priority Collateral, as applicable.

  • ABL Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any ABL Obligations.

  • Senior Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Credit Agreement Loan Document or any other Senior Debt Document or any other assets of the Company or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Senior Collateral Document as security for any Senior Obligations.
