Class A Component. The component of the Class X Regular Interest corresponding to the Class A Regular Interest.
Class A Component. The component of the Class X Certificates corresponding to the Class A Certificates.
Class A Component means, as of the date hereof, that portion of the Loan in the principal amount of $75,000,000.00.

Class A Component means, as of any date of determination, that portion of the Loan equal to the principal amount of the Class A Loan then outstanding. The Class A Component as of the date hereof is $127,075,387.74.
Class A Component. Either of the Class A-A Component or the Class A-B Component.
Class A Component means, in respect of Class W Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €850,000 in original principal amount of Class A Notes in respect of each €1,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class W Combination Notes.

  • Class B Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Class A Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Class A Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).
