Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount definition

Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Class A Accumulation Period, $23,770,833; provided that, if the commencement of the Class A Accumulation Period is modified pursuant to Section 4.03(e), (a) the Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount shall mean the amount specified in accordance with such Section on the date on which the Class A Accumulation Period has most recently been modified, (b) the Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount for each Monthly Period shall be no greater than the Class A Accumulation Period Amount for such Monthly Period and (c) the sum of the Class A Controlled Accumulation Amounts for all Monthly Periods occurring during the modified Class A Accumulation Period shall not be less than the Class A Initial Invested Amount.
Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount means an amount equal to (1) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Class A Notes as of the Payment Date immediately preceding the first date of the Accumulation Period (after giving effect to any changes therein on such date) less the portion of the Series 2000-1 Excess Funding Amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account in respect of the Class A Notes divided by (2) the Accumulation Period Length.
Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount means for any Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period prior to the payment in full of the Class A Investor Interest, $43,633,333.33; provided that if the Controlled Accumulation Period Length is modified pursuant to subsection 4.11(i), (i) the Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount for each Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period shall mean the amount determined in accordance with subsection 4.11(i) on the date on which the Controlled Accumulation Period has most recently been modified and (ii) the sum of the Class A Controlled Accumulation Amounts for all Transfer Dates with respect to the modified Controlled Accumulation Period shall not be less than the Class A Investor Interest.

  • Any notice by the Servicer electing to modify the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period pursuant to this clause (i) shall specify (i) the Controlled Accumulation Period Length, (ii) the commencement date of the Controlled Accumulation Period and (iii) the Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount, the Class B Controlled Accumulation Amount, and the Collateral Interest Controlled Accumulation Amount with respect to each Monthly Period during the Controlled Accumulation Period.

  • If for one or more months during the Class A Accumulation Period there are not sufficient funds to pay the Class A Controlled Accumulation Amount, then to the extent that excess funds are not available on subsequent Distribution Dates with respect to the Class A Accumulation Period to make up for such shortfalls, the final payment of principal of the Class A Certificates will occur later than the March 2002 Distribution Date.
