Class A Controlled Distribution Amount definition

Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Related Month during the Class A Controlled Amortization Period, an amount equal to the excess of (x) one-third of the Class A Invested Amount on the Class A Scheduled Expiry Date (after giving effect to any Increase or Decrease on the Class A Scheduled Expiry Date) over (y) the aggregate amount of any Decreases made with respect to the Class A Notes during such Related Month pursuant to Section 2.5.

Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Related Month during the Series 2020-1 Controlled Amortization Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A Controlled Amortization Amount and any Class A Carryover Controlled Amortization Amount for such Related Month.

Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means a Class A-1 Controlled Distribution Amount or a Class A-2 Controlled Distribution Amount, as the context may require.

• No payments on account of principal shall be made with respect to the Class C Notes on any Distribution Date during the Series 2015-1 Controlled Amortization Period unless an amount equal to the Class A Controlled Distribution Amount for the Related Month shall have been paid to the Class A Noteholders and an amount equal to the Class B Controlled Distribution Amount for the Related Month shall have been paid to the Class B Noteholders.

More Definitions of Class A Controlled Distribution Amount

Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class A Controlled Amortization Amount plus any existing Class A Deficit Controlled Amortization Amount determined on the preceding Distribution Date, if any.

Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means a Class A-1 Controlled Distribution Amount, a Class A-2 Controlled Distribution Amount, a Class A-3 Controlled Distribution Amount, a Class A-4 Controlled Distribution Amount, a Class A-5 Controlled Distribution Amount or a Class A-6 Controlled Distribution Amount.
