CLASS A DEBT AMOUNT means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Initial Investor Interest MINUS the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Loan Note Issuer notionally referable to the Class A Investor Interest from Trust Property PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that upon the Series 2005-A Termination Date, the Class A Debt Amount shall be an amount equal to zero;
