Class A Equipment definition

Class A Equipment means the new over-the-road tractors referenced in each applicable Lease Supplement and identified as Class A Equipment.

Examples of Class A Equipment in a sentence

  • Following all Class B Purchaser’s payment of their portion of the Class B Purchase Right Outstanding Priority Balance, each applicable Class B Purchaser shall be the Noteholder of the applicable Class A Equipment Notes and shall be entitled to all rights and interests to which a Noteholder of the Class A Equipment Notes would be entitled.

  • Following all Class B Purchasers’ payment of their portion of the Class B Purchase Right Outstanding Priority Balance, each applicable Class B Purchaser shall be the Holder of the applicable Class A Equipment Notes and shall be entitled to all rights and interests to which a Holder of the Class A Equipment Notes would be entitled.

  • Following all Class C Purchasers’ payment of their portion of the Class C Purchase Right Outstanding Priority Balance, each applicable Class C Purchaser shall be the Holder of the applicable Class A Equipment Notes and Class B Equipment Notes and shall be entitled to all rights and interests to which a Holder of the Class A Equipment Notes and the Class B Equipment Notes would be entitled.

  • Following all Class C Purchasers’ payment of their portion of the Class C Purchase Right Outstanding Priority Balance, each applicable Class C Purchaser shall be the Noteholder of the applicable Class A Equipment Notes and Class B Equipment Notes and shall be entitled to all rights and interests to which a Noteholder of the Class A Equipment Notes and the Class B Equipment Notes would be entitled.

  • Any Class A Equipment Notes or Class B Equipment Notes of the Series 2022-1 Notes sold in reliance on Regulation S shall initially be represented by a Regulation S Temporary Book-Entry Note and shall be exchangeable for interests in the related Unrestricted Book-Entry Note.

  • Any Class A Equipment Notes or Class B Equipment Notes of the Series 2021-1 Notes sold in reliance on Regulation S shall initially be represented by a Regulation S Temporary Book-Entry Note and shall be exchangeable for interests in the related Unrestricted Book-Entry Note.

  • With respect to Class A Equipment, Seller shall assume all costs of repair and maintenance.

  • In connection with each such payment, Lessee shall provide notice to Lessor specifying the amount of such payment of Supplemental Rent applicable to Class A Equipment, Class B Equipment and/or Class C Equipment.

  • In connection with (and simultaneously with) each such payment, Lessee shall provide notice to Lessor specifying the amount of such payment of Basic Rent applicable to Class A Equipment, Class B Equipment and/or Class C Equipment.

  • Any Class A Equipment Notes or Class B Equipment Notes of the Series 2020-2 Notes sold in reliance on Regulation S shall initially be represented by a Regulation S Temporary Book-Entry Note and shall be exchangeable for interests in the related Unrestricted Book-Entry Note.
