Class A Formula Principal Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the excess of:
Class A Formula Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any --------------------------------------------- Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Class A Percentage of the Scheduled Formula Principal Distribution Amount and (ii) the Class A Prepayment Percentage of the Unscheduled Formula Principal Distribution Amount.
