Class A Fund Units definition
Class A Fund Units means Class A Units of the Fund as described in ITEM 2.1 – Structure. “Class F Fund Units” means Class F Units of the Fund as described in ITEM 2.1 – Structure. “CRA” means the Canada Revenue Agency.
Class A Fund Units means the units of beneficial interests in the Fund, designated as “Class A Fund Units”. “Class F Fund Units” means the units of beneficial interests in the Fund, designated as “Class F Fund Units”. “Class I Fund Units” means the units of beneficial interests in the Fund, designated as “Class I Fund Units”. “Closing” will have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1.
