Class A Funding Tranche definition

Class A Funding Tranche is defined in subsection 5.2(a).
Class A Funding Tranche is defined in Section 4.8(a).
Class A Funding Tranche means each portion of a Class A Lender Interest accruing interest for the same Interest Period at the same Class A Note Interest Rate.

Examples of Class A Funding Tranche in a sentence

  • The interest accrued on any Class A Ownership Tranche (or related Class A Funding Tranche) for any Distribution Period shall be determined using the applicable Class A Tranche Rate and shall equal the product of (x) the Weighted Average Class A Principal Balance for that Class A Ownership Tranche (or Class A Funding Tranche), (y) the applicable Class A Tranche Rate and (z) the applicable Day Count Fraction.

  • For purposes of such determination, Servicer shall rely upon information provided by the various Class A Administrative Agents pursuant to the Class A Note Purchase Agreement including estimates of the interest to accrue on any Class A Funding Tranche through the related Distribution Date.

Related to Class A Funding Tranche

  • Class A Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Class B Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Original Class A Percentage The Class A Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.04.

  • Class B Interest Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, the percentage calculated by dividing the Interest Accrual Amount of such Class (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) by the Class B Interest Accrual Amount (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition of each Interest Accrual Amount).

  • Class A Principal Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, determined as follows: (A) with respect to the Group I Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group I Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (B) with respect to the Group II Class A Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date that is attributable to the principal received or advanced on the Group II Mortgage Loans and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Interest Percentage As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates, the percentage calculated by dividing the Interest Accrual Amount of such Class (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) by the Class A Interest Accrual Amount (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition of Interest Accrual Amount).

  • Original Class B-6 Percentage The Class B-6 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.13.

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Original Class B-5 Percentage The Class B-5 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.12.

  • Original Class B-3 Percentage The Class B-3 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.10.

  • Original Class B-1 Percentage The Class B-1 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.08.

  • Original Class B-4 Percentage The Class B-4 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.11.

  • Class A Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class D Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class D Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class D Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class D Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class D Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Original Class B-2 Percentage The Class B-2 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.09.

  • Class C Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class C Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Class A Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Certificateholders on or prior to such date, minus (c) the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount of Class A Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates over (ii) Class A Investor Charge-Offs reimbursed pursuant to subsection 4.07(b) prior to such date.

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

  • Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2003-2 Interest Period, 1.32% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2003-2 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2003-2 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.

  • Aggregate Class A Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for each class of the Class A Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

  • Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:

  • Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).
