Class A Interest Shortfall definition

Class A Interest Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).

Class A Interest Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.6(a) of the Agreement.

Class A Interest Shortfall means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the amount, if any, by which the amount distributed to Holders of such Class of Class A Certificates on such Remittance Date pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(2) is less than the Class A Interest Distribution Amount for such Class.

• On the Determination Date preceding each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall determine the excess, if any (the "Class A Interest Shortfall"), of (x) the Class A Monthly Interest for such Distribution Date over (y) the aggregate amount of funds allocated and available to pay such Class A Monthly Interest on such Distribution Date.
