Class A Note definition

Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.

Class A Note means any one of the Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, which is duly executed and authenticated in accordance with the Indenture.

Class A Note means any one of the Series 2018-2 4.00% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class A, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A‑1, Exhibit A-2 or Exhibit A-3. • The Issuer, the Transferor, the Indenture Trustee and any agent of the Issuer, the Transferor or the Indenture Trustee shall treat the person in whose name this Class A Note is registered as the owner hereof for all purposes, and neither the Issuer, the Transferor, the Indenture Trustee nor any agent of the Issuer, the Transferor or the Indenture Trustee shall be affected by notice to the contrary.

• Following the payment in full of the Class A Note Balance, the Class B Note Balance and of all other amounts owing or to be distributed hereunder or under the Indenture or the Trust Agreement to Noteholders, as directed in writing by the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee shall release to the Seller any amounts remaining on deposit in the Reserve Account.

Class A Note means a DiscoverSeries Note specified in the applicable Terms Document as belonging to Class A.
