Class A Obligations definition
Class A Obligations means all Obligations owed to the Class A Lenders.

More Definitions of Class A Obligations
Class A Obligations means, as of any date, all Obligations owing to the Class A Lenders on such date.
Class A Obligations means class A notes and the derivative product agreements, the priority of payment of which is equal with that of class A notes.

Class A Obligations means Class A Notes and any Derivative Product the priority of payment of which is equal to that of Class A Notes.
