Class A Optimal Balance definition

Class A Optimal Balance. As of any Payment Date and with respect to both Loan Groups together, as follows, but in no event less than zero:
Class A Optimal Balance. As to any Distribution Date prior to the Stepdown Date if the Lockout Trigger is satisfied, the excess of (x) the sum of (i) the Pool Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Due Period and (ii) the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account as of the last day of the related Collection Period over (y) the sum of (i) 5.00% of the Maximum Collateral Amount and (ii) the Targeted OC Amount for such Distribution Date. As to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date if the Lockout Trigger is satisfied, the excess of the Pool Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Due Period over the lesser of (x) the sum of (i) 10.00% of the Pool Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Due Period and (ii) the greater of (A) the Targeted OC Amount and (B) the OC Floor and (y) the sum of (i) 10.00% of the Pool Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Due Period and (ii) the Targeted OC Amount. If the Lockout Trigger is not satisfied, the excess of (x) the Pool Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Due Period over (y) the sum of (i) the Class Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates and (ii) the greater of (A) the Targeted OC Amount and (B) the OC Floor.
