Class A Optimal Principal Amount. As to any Distribution Date and each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the sum of
Class A Optimal Principal Amount. As to any Payment Date, the greater of (A) an amount which, when paid to the Holders of the Class A Notes, will result in the Current Class Percentage for the Class A Notes equaling the Original Class Percentage for the Class A Notes; and (B) the product of (i) the Optimal Principal Amount for such Payment Date and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Outstanding Principal Amount for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount for such Payment Date; such product not to exceed the Class A Outstanding Principal Amount.
