Class A-PO Certificate definition

Class A-PO Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-PO and Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-PO Certificate. Any one of the Class A-PO Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-3, executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a "regular interest" in REMIC 2 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-PO Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a "Class A-PO" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a "regular interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Examples of Class A-PO Certificate in a sentence

  • No transfer of a Class A-PO Certificate will be made unless such transfer is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and any applicable state securities laws or is made in accordance with said Act and laws.
