Class A Security definition

Class A Security. Any one of the Class A-1 Securities, Class A-2 Securities, Class A-3 Securities or the Class A-4 Securities.
Class A Security means the variable funding security executed by the Transferor and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Class A Security set forth in Section 2 of the Series 1998-1 Supplement.

  • Each Class A Security, Class B Security and Collateralized Trust Obligation will bear a legend or legends in substantially the following form: EACH PURCHASER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF FINGERHUT RECEIVABLES, INC.
