Class A Unused Portion of the Commitments definition
Class A Unused Portion of the Commitments means, with respect to the Class A Lenders on any day, the excess of (x) the Class A Aggregate Commitment as of such day as of 5:00 P.M. (New York City time) on such day, over (y) the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Class A Advances as of 5:00 P.M. (New York City time) on such day.
