Class B-2 Certificate Rate definition
Class B-2 Certificate Rate. For the first Distribution Date, 6.4200% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin, (2) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
Class B-2 Certificate Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class B-2 Certificates, the lesser of (A) the sum of (1) LIBOR and (2) [____]% per annum (or [____]% per annum for each Interest Period occurring after the Clean-Up Call Date) and (B) the Subordinate Net WAC Cap for the Distribution Date.
Class B-2 Certificate Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, a fixed per annum rate equal to 6.91%.

Class B-2 Certificate Rate has the meaning specified in subsection 2.1(f) of this Agreement.
Class B-2 Certificate Rate means 8.22% per annum.
Class B-2 Certificate Rate means, for each day, the weighted average of the Adjusted Base Rate and the Risk Rate for such day (based on said respective portions of the Class B-2 Principal Balance), and, for each Interest Accrual Period, the average of the Class B-2 Certificate Rates for each day during such Interest Accrual Period. Such calculations of interest shall be based on the actual number of days elapsed in a year having 365 or 366 days (as the case may be).
Class B-2 Certificate Rate. For any Interest Period and the Class B-2 Certificates, the lesser of (i) LIBOR + 7.50% and (ii) the Weighted Average Loan Rate Cap. Class B-2 Certificateholder or Holder: The owner of any Class B-2 Certificate, as shown on the Certificate Register.
