CLASS B CERTIFICATE FACTOR means, as of any Distribution Date, a seven-digit decimal figure equal to the Class B Certificate Balance as of the close of business on such Distribution Date divided by the Original Class B Certificate Balance.

"CLASS B CERTIFICATE PRINCIPAL LOSS INTEREST AMOUNT" means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, the aggregate amount of accrued and unpaid interest (at the Class B Certificate Rate) on the aggregate amount of unreimbursed Class B Certificate Principal Loss Amounts (to the extent lawful). "CLASS B CERTIFICATEHOLDER" means any Holder of a Class B Certificate.
