CLASS B CERTIFICATE FACTOR means, as of any Distribution Date, a seven-digit decimal figure equal to the Class B Certificate Balance as of the close of business on such Distribution Date divided by the Original Class B Certificate Balance.

"CLASS B CERTIFICATE PRINCIPAL LOSS INTEREST AMOUNT" means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, the aggregate amount of accrued and unpaid interest (at the Class B Certificate Rate) on the aggregate amount of unreimbursed Class B Certificate Principal Loss Amounts (to the extent lawful). "CLASS B CERTIFICATEHOLDER" means any Holder of a Class B Certificate. "CLASS B CERTIFICATE PRINCIPAL CARRYOVER SHORTFALL" means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date (a) with respect to a Collection Period commencing during the Revolving Period, the amount of principal allocable to the Class B Certificates that otherwise would have been made available for reinvestment in additional 1997-A SUBI Assets pursuant to Section 3.02 of the 1997-A Servicing Supplement and (b) with respect to a Collection Period commencing during the Amortization Period, the amount of principal allocable or distributable to the Class B Certificateholders, but which is instead applied as set forth in Section 3.01(b)(ii) and (viii) pursuant to Section 3.01(e)(iii) of the Securitization Trust Agreement. "CLASS B CHARGED-OFF AMOUNT" means, as of any Monthly Allocation Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class B Allocation Percentage, (ii) the Investor Percentage with respect to Loss Amounts for the related Collection Period and (iii) the Charged-off Amount incurred in respect of such Collection Period.
