Examples of Class B Deficiency Amount in a sentence
On the Determination Date preceding each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall determine the excess, if any (the "Class B Deficiency Amount"), of (x) the aggregate amount accrued pursuant to this Section 4.2(c) as of the prior Distribution Date over (y) the amount actually transferred from the Distribution Account for payment of such amount.
Subsections 4.09(a)(i) and (b)(i):--- - -(1)-The aggregate amount of the Class A Deficiency Amount-$ - -(2)-The aggregate amount of the Class B Deficiency Amount-$ B.
The amount, if any, of such shortfall on any Payment Date shall be referred to as the "Class B Deficiency Amount".
The "Class B Deficiency Amount" for any Transfer Date shall be equal to the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount accrued pursuant to this subsection 4.06(b) as of the prior Interest Period over the amount actually transferred to the Interest Funding Account for payment to the Class B Certificateholders on the next succeeding Interest Payment Date of such amount.
Interest shall accrue on the Class B Deficiency Amount at the Class B Note Rate.
