Class B Distribution definition

Class B Distribution means with respect to Opportunity Partnership III, any distribution to the Company pursuant to Section 5.04(D) or Section 5.05(C)(4) of the Agreement of Limited Partnership of Opportunity Partnership III (the "Opportunity Partnership III Agreement") to the extent such distribution is determined in accordance with ZML REIT III's Table 2.14 Amount as set forth in Section 2.14 of the Opportunity Partnership III Agreement.
Class B Distribution means the amount distributable annually to the Class B Unitholders in respect of their Class B Units, calculated as follows:
Class B Distribution has the meaning assigned to such term in the Class B Unit Supplement.

Examples of Class B Distribution in a sentence

  • The Trust will also remit to the Distributor (or its designee or transferee), in addition to the Class B Distribution Fee, any contingent deferred sales charges imposed on redemptions or repurchases of Class B shares, in accordance with the Remittance Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • The Class B Distribution Fee shall be accrued daily and paid monthly to the Distributor (or, at its direction, to its designee or transferee) as soon as practicable after the end of the calendar month in which it accrues, but in any event within five business days following the last day of the month.

More Definitions of Class B Distribution

Class B Distribution means a distribution of the amount of the Trust Assets remaining after payment of the Litigation Trust Expenses, the Loan Obligations, any amount paid by the Debtors to Xxxxx Day in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases, the Class A Distribution, and any Additional Litigation Funding Loans.
Class B Distribution has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.1.
Class B Distribution means the Class B Monthly Distributions and the Class B Year End Distribution.
Class B Distribution. The right of CAII, as a Class B Limited Partner to receive any and all distributions payable to the Class B Limited Partner in accordance with terms of the partnership agreement related to each PIF.
Class B Distribution means a distribution of the amount of the Trust Assets remaining after payment of the Litigation Trust Expenses, the Loan Obligations, any amount paid by the Debtors to Jones Day in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases, the Class A Distribution, and any Additional Litigation Funding Loans.
Class B Distribution. On any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the Pool Distribution for the related Distribution Date reduced by any amounts required to be paid to the Class A Certificateholders on such Distribution Date or (y) the sum of (i) one month's interest, less the Class B Percentage of Deferred Interest, at the Pass-Through Rate on the Class B Principal Balance (net of the Class B Percentage of the amount by which the aggregate amount of interest otherwise payable on the prepaid Mortgage Loans by adjustment of the Administration Fee exceeds the related aggregate Administration Fee available for payment thereof as provided in Section 4.6 hereof), (ii) the outstanding balance in the Class B Interest Shortfall Account, (iii) the Class B Percentage of each scheduled payment of principal payable on the Mortgage Loans on the preceding Installment Due Date and (iv) the Class B Prepayment Entitlement, provided that the Class B Distribution shall be limited to an amount, which, after payment to the Class B Certificateholders, would not reduce the Class B Principal Balance below the Minimum Required Class B Principal Balance. In the event that clause (y) is greater than clause (x), distributions shall be allocated first to the interest component of the Class B Distribution calculated pursuant to clause (y)(i) of this definition; second to any balance in the Class B Interest Shortfall Account in accordance with clause (y)(ii) of this definition; and third to the principal component of the Class B Distribution calculated pursuant to clause (y)(iii) and (y)

  • Class B Distribution Amount Any of the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 or Class B-6 Distribution Amounts.

  • Class C Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Current Interest for the Class C Interest for such Distribution Date, (ii) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (iii) without duplication, any Subsequent Recoveries not distributed to the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, on any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, the Class C Distribution Amount shall include the Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Class B Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class B Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class B Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class B Initial Principal Balance.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date, 100% of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date if the Class A Certificate Principal Balance and the Class M Certificate Principal Balance, have been reduced to zero and a Stepdown Trigger Event exists, or as long as a Stepdown Trigger Event does not exist, the excess of (1) the sum of (A) the Class A Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (B) the Class M-1 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (C) the Class M-2 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (D) the Class M-3 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (E) the Class M-4 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date, (F) the Class M-5 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date, (G) the Class M-6 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date and (H) the Class B-1 Certificate Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (2) the lesser of (A) 86.60% of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date and (B) the excess of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date over the Minimum Required Overcollateralization Amount. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (I) on any Distribution Date prior to the Stepdown Date on which the Certificate Principal Balance of each Class of Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount will equal the lesser of (x) the outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates and (y) 100% of the Principal Distribution Amount remaining after any distributions on such Class A and Class M Certificates and (II) in no event will the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount with respect to any Distribution Date exceed the Class B-1 Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.
