Class B Exchange Multiplier definition

Class B Exchange Multiplier means at any time the Class B Exchange Limit on such date divided by the number of Class B Units outstanding on that date.
Class B Exchange Multiplier means the number of Shares into which a Class B Unit is exchangeable from time to time.
