Class B Group definition

Class B Group means (i) all members of the Onex Group, (ii) all Management Investors and (iii) any other Person who obtained Class B Common Stock upon the recapitalization of the Corporation’s Common Stock into Class B Common Stock (and their respective Affiliates).
Class B Group means (i) all members of the Onex Group and (ii) any other Person who obtained Class B Common Stock upon the recapitalization of the Corporation’s Common Stock into Class B Common Stock (and their respective Affiliates) at the Effective Time (as defined in this Article IV, Part E).
Class B Group means all Class B Members.

  • The tax matters partner must approve any settlement of a controversy contested by the Class B Group, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Class B Group means the Class B Common Limited Partners other than the Class B-TE Common Limited Partners.
Class B Group means (i) all members of the Onex Group, (ii) all Management Investors and (iii) any other Person who obtains Class B Common Stock through a direct issuance by the Corporation, each of which shall be considered a member of the Class B Group for purposes hereof.
Class B Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a).
