Class B Investor Charge-Offs definition

Class B Investor Charge-Offs means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates as the result of Investor Charge-Offs pursuant to Section 4.06 hereof.
