In the event that the difference between (x) the Class B Required Amount for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections applied with respect thereto pursuant to subsection 4.07(d) on such Distribution Date is greater than zero, the Servicer shall give written notice to the Transferors and the Trustee of such excess Class B Required Amount on the date of computation.

In the event that after the application of Excess Finance Charge Collections there is a Class B Required Amount for such Transfer Date, the Collections of Principal Receivables allocable to the Excess Collateral (after application to the Class A Required Amount) shall be applied as specified in Section 4.14 of the Agreement; provided, however, that the sum of any payments pursuant to this paragraph shall -------- ------- not exceed the sum of the Class A Required Amount and the Class B Required Amount.
In the event that the Class B Required Amount for such Distribution Date is greater than zero, the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections available to fund such amount with respect to the related Monthly Period in an amount equal to the Class B Required Amount for such Distribution Date shall be distributed from the Collection Account on such Distribution Date pursuant to SECTION 4.07(c).
