Class B Restricted Unit Agreement definition
Class B Restricted Unit Agreement means an agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, between the Partnership and any Limited Partner that is issued Class B Units, as any such agreement shall be amended or modified from time to time by the parties thereto.
Class B Restricted Unit Agreement means an agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Seventh A&R Limited Partnership Agreement, between the Partnership and any Limited Partner that is issued Class B Units, as any such agreement may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Class B Restricted Unit Agreement has the meaning given to such term in the AAP Partnership Agreement.
