Class B Trust definition

Class B Trust. Class B Trustee", "Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Class B Trust means the American Airlines Pass Through Trust 2013-1B created and administered pursuant to the Class B Trust Agreement.

  • The provisions of this Section 2.01 supersede and replace the provisions of Section 2.03 of the Basic Agreement with respect to the Class B Trust.
