Class B Trust definition

Class B Trust. Class B Trustee", "Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Class B Trust means America West Airlines 1996-1B Pass Through Trust created and administered pursuant to the Class B Trust Agreement.

Class B Trust means (i) prior to the Transfer, the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2012-1B-O created and administered pursuant to the Class B Trust Agreement and (ii) after the Transfer, the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2012-1B-S created and administered pursuant to the Class B Trust Agreement.

Class B Trust means Northwest Airlines 2001-1B Pass Through Trust created and administered pursuant to the Class B Trust Agreement.

Class B Trust or “Class B Trusts” has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
