Class B Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 2016-2B thereto, governing the creation and administration of the United Airlines Pass Through Trust 2016-2B and the issuance of the Class B Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Class B Trust Agreement means the Pass Through Trust Agreement relating to the Class B Certificates dated as of August 13, 1998 among the Company and the Class B Trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
