Class B Usage Fee Margin definition
Class B Usage Fee Margin means, with respect to any Class B Lender or Class B Lender Group, the “Class B Usage Fee Margin” set forth in the Fee Letter to which such Class B Lender or Class B Lender Group is a party.
Class B Usage Fee Margin shall have the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter referred to in clause (i) of the definition thereof.
