Examples of Class B1 Shares in a sentence

  • At the Class B1 Conversion Effective Time described in Section 2.6B(d) below, each shareholder of record of Class B1 Shares of New FRF will receive that number of Class A Shares of New FRF having an aggregate net asset value equal to the aggregate net asset value of the Class B1 Shares of New FRF held by such shareholder immediately prior to the Class B1 Conversion Effective Time.

  • At the Closing, (a) YieldCo shall deliver to YieldCo LLC the YieldCo Class B Shares and the YieldCo Class B1 Shares portion of the Consideration and (b) YieldCo LLC will deliver to SRP (or its applicable Subsidiary), and SRP (or its applicable Subsidiary) will accept from YieldCo LLC, the Consideration, free and clear of all Liens.

  • The net asset value of the Class A Shares and Class B1 Shares will be determined at the Class B1 Conversion Effective Time in accordance with the policies and procedures of New FRF as set forth in its registration statement.

  • If, at any time, any Class B-1 Shares are converted into Class A Shares, in whole or in part, then an equal number of the then outstanding Partnership Class B-1 Common Units, or fractions thereof, shall automatically be converted into a number of Partnership Class A-0 Common Units equal to the number of Class A Shares issued upon such conversion.

  • If, at any time, any Class B-1 Shares are converted into Class A Shares, in whole or in part, then an equal number of the then outstanding Partnership Class B-1 Common Units, or fractions thereof, shall automatically be converted into a number of Partnership Class A Common Units equal to the number of Class A Shares issued upon such conversion.

  • If deemed advisable by the Trustees to implement the foregoing, and at the sole discretion of the Trustees, such action may include the exchange of all Class B1 Shares of that Portfolio for a new class of that Portfolio (the "New Class B1 Shares"), identical in all material respects to the Class B1 Shares of that Portfolio except that the New Class B1 Shares will automatically convert into the New FRF Class A Shares.
