Class C-1 Interests definition
Class C-1 Interests refers to the membership interests of the Class C-1 Members in the Company, including all Percentage Interests, Financial Rights and Membership Rights applicable thereto, if any.
Class C-1 Interests has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
Class C-1 Interests. “Class C-2 Interests” and “Class D Interests.” The Class A-1 Interests shall be evidenced by “Class A-1 Units,” the Class A-2 Interests shall be evidenced by “Class A-2 Units,” the Class B Interests shall be evidenced by “Class B Units,” the Class C-1 Interests shall be evidenced by “Class C-1 Units,” the Class C-2 Interests shall be evidenced by “Class C-2 Units” and the Class D Interests shall be evidenced by “Class D Units.”
Examples of Class C-1 Interests in a sentence
Any amounts not distributed to a Class C1 Member as a result of the last clause of the previous sentence shall be shared among the holders of the Class A Interests and Class C1 Interests that have met the applicable Class C Threshold Value.
The Class A-2 Interests, the Class B Interests, the Class B-1 Interests, the Class C Interests, the Class C-1 Interests and the Class D Interests shall be referred to herein as the “Management Interests”.

Class C-1 Interests means the Class C-1 Voting Membership Interests, with the voting rights more fully described herein, issued by the Company to CHNLI in certain restructuring transactions.
