Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.
Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.
Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.
Class B Members means the Members holding Class B Units.
Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.
Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.
Class B Interest Each of the Class B-1 and Class B-2 Interests.
Class C Percentage Interest As of any date of determination, with respect to the Class C Certificates, a percentage interest equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class C Certificates on such date, and the denominator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class C Regular Interest on such date.
Class B Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.
Class B Membership Interest means a Class B Membership Interest in Holdings.
Class A Membership Interest means a Class A Membership Interest in Holdings.
Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.
Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.
Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.
Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.
Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.
Class C Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class C Units in this Agreement. The term “Class C Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.
Class C Shares means shares of the Class C Common Stock.
Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.
Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
Class D Monthly Interest means, for any Distribution Date, one-twelfth (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the number of days from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the 15th day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, assuming each month has 30 days, divided by 360) of the product of (A) the Class D Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class D Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class D Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
Class B-1 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.
