  • Class C Capitalized Interest shall be added to the principal amount of the Class C Notes, shall bear interest thereafter at the Class C Rate (to the extent lawful) and shall be payable on the first Payment Date on which funds are permitted to be used for such purpose in accordance with the Priority of Payments.
